Credentialing through Highlands Physicians, Inc. gives our medical providers access to participate with the Highlands Physicians Health Network. Once our credentialing team receives an application to join the Highlands Physicians Health Network, we review and verify the provider’s background, qualifications, and history.
Highlands Physicians, Inc. aims not only to meet but exceed the industry standard of medical credentialing to ensure the integrity of our network. Once we have completed the verification process, the provider goes before the Credentialing Committee and the Board of Directors for approval. We pride ourselves on having the best providers in the region.

The Highlands Physicians Provider Relations Department acts as the liaison between insurance companies and healthcare providers. HPI submits and maintains all pertinent information about participating healthcare providers and coordinates when new provider join the network. Our contracting and onboarding processes is seamless, as all the credentialing is delegated to Highlands Physicians for our contracts.

Highlands Physicians is always seeking to identify network development opportunities with new providers to fill gaps in our network as needed. Our team also provides network data on participating physicians and their contracts through HPI.
